Great shoe, cosmetic issues
"Really enjoying the support provided for Morton’s neuroma and a recent bout with plantar fasciitis, both right foot conditions. Pleased the shoe is snug on my narrow heels. Easy to slip on and off for yoga class. Bought in fall for spring wear so I was late to recognize a couple of cosmetic issues, pea-sized gray spot on black fabric on right forefoot & the left lace is bubbled at the top. I would have returned them if I had recognized it earlier. I have bought 5 pairs of Aetrex shoes in less than a year!"

Sizing wasn’t consistent
"I bought a pair of these in the spring, and I have really enjoyed the fit. I bought another pair this fall in the very same size and they are narrower and shorter, even though it says exactly the same size inside. I had already thrown the box out, so I felt I couldn’t return it. But I’m disappointed that the sizing wasn’t consistent because the shoes generally are very comfortable."

Love the feel and support.
"Love the feel and support. I wear it at home most days and running errands. I did start wearing it without "footies" but when I took them off, the support orthotic would come out, so u need to wear something on your feet if you don't want this happening."

I love these sneakers
"I have the worst feet ever-nerve damage in both feet and now I have neuropathy. My feet hurt about 95% of the time. Top that off with very small feet with high arches. I'm hart to fit. These are the most comfortable shoes and they are stylish too. I love them so much. I purchased them first in navy, now in Oatmeal and have just purchased the third pair. I can't say enough good about them!"

This is a nice looking
"This is a nice looking shoe and probably would be comfortable but it is rather narrow for me I find it uncomfortable. I take either a medium or a wide width depending on the brand."

Uncomfortable and out $6 to return.
"I was really disappointed in how these shoes felt on my feet. They didn't have much arch support (for me) and the shoe rubbed around my ankle when I walked. I have several shoes from Aetrex, but I stopped buying shoes from them in the last few years because they charge $6 to return an item. Since they don't have a physical store, you have to try on shoes and sometimes they don't feel right. It's ridiculous to charge people to return the shoes they try on and find out they don't fit. I will no longer be buying shoes from Aetrex because of this. I don't have extra funds to waste just so try on shoes that may not fit. Please change this policy!!"
