They did seem narrow to me and my foot came to the edges of the shoe in the front so I would say they run small but still worked overall in my regular size. Because I do have narrow feet, I would say that they run narrow. These will easily be able to be dressed up or down. I wear size 8 shoe however this sandal only comes in a 7. 5-8 or 8. 5. The 8. 5 is slightly long but good width ( I have bunions) the combo size 7. 5-8 was closer to a 7. 5 and much narrower. I ended up with the 8. 5. Highly recommend!"
