"I have worn these 3 or 4 times and they are very comfortable, however both shoes have the sole coming up from the heel. I have purchased at least 10 different types of Aetrex shoes and have never had any of them come apart at all let alone after so few wears. I am planning to glue the soles down when I get some time and see if that will do the trick. Honestly this is the very first time I have had any kind of issue with an Aetrex shoe and a one off will not deter me from continuing to purchase shoes from this brand."

My favorite Aetrex shoe yet

"I only buy Aetrex shoes anymore due to various foot issues such as plantar fasciitis, heel pain, and metatarsalgia. I have bought quite a few styles over the last few years and these are the most attractive yet while still being comfortable and supportive to my high arches. They did seem narrow to me and my foot came to the edges of the shoe in the front so I would say they run small but still worked overall in my regular size. Because I do have narrow feet, I would say that they run narrow. These will easily be able to be dressed up or down. Got them on an amazing 50% off sale and couldn’t possibly be more pleased with my purchase at the price I paid. Thank you again, Aetrex! Love, love love!"

Q&A

I see the strap/s are velcro... how well does this hold? I have shoes from another brand that does this and sadly the velcro constantly comes loose, rendering the shoes useless. For this price, can you tell me if this is an issue?: Hi Anne, There are no known issues with the Velcro straps on Aetrex footwear; they are designed to last long. But in cases where you have loose Velcro straps, you can restore its tightness by cleaning it with a toothbrush to remove lint and dirt.
