I wear them occasionally but not as a steady diet. My other shoes tend to be barefoot style, step in comfort shoes, sneakers or hikers. Best tip I have is to make sure the straps are nice and snug so your feet don't slide around in them. Durable and comfortable! I had to order two more pairs because a coyote stole one of my first pair out of the yard."
