"I've been wearing aetrex sandals for years now. Love them and they were the first sandals I wore after foot surgery and now I wear nothing else. The style suits me and convenient when I go for a pedicure. Like the choice of colors tho I wouldn't mind seeing the denim fabric come back."
I Ordered these two years
"I Ordered these two years ago for a trip to France and a lot of walking. They were terrific and although they are still in good shape I ordered a new pair for a three week trip to France for my 80th birthday. I did also but a great pair of sneakers, but due to my hammertoes and bunion on one foot, those were painful if I walked a whole day. I went back to these and was able to do everything my family was doing! They are terrifically comfortable and flexible and versatile enough to go with anything!"
I liked the sandal, but the straps are NOT leather
"These sandals fit well and are adjustable , but much to my surprise (as they are expensive!), the straps around the ankle started to peel relatively soon--- and NOT from hard use or wearing in bad weather. In fact, I kept them as my "good" sandals, for nice occasions only. . . . They shed their top layer. SURPRISE !!! THEY'RE NOT LEATHER. This was a synthetic that peeled and the top color layer peels off. Had I known, I would never have bought a second pair (bought about 6 months later before the peeling began. . . . ) So I have that to look forward to on my second pair as well. Overpriced for bad quality. I really wanted to like them, and hoped I had found a great brand. Now I'm leery about the quality and won't buy this brand in the future."

"Sandal soul is comfortable but the straps are thinner leather than the last one I purchased. The ankle strap rubs. It also doesn’t have the cushion on the back heal strap. I was a bit disappointed with style."

"Cute sandal, footbed has nice arch support. Fits true to size. However back heel strap is giving me blisters. Can only wear for a couple of hours at a time. I’ve tried adjusting all the straps for a close fit to loose to see if I can get the back heel strap to quit rubbing me wrong to no avail. Atrex misses the mark this time."

"First, I liked the shoe online and thought the price was reasonable. That said, wearing it was a bit uncomfortable as the strap at the back of the ankle was rubbing a lot. There also isn't enough of an arch for me, although mine tend to need more support than the average person. I am keeping them to use for more dressy occasions and will use moleskin to reduce friction on back of ankle."

"6th pair of Gabbie sandals. Held up well for couple of summers in Colorado countryside. Comfy & supportive for plantar fasciitis and aging feet. Adjustable straps and variety of colors keep my feet happy. I wish the animal print color would be brought back…my sister & I each had a couple pairs of that design, the black ones & now this nice bronze & neutral combo."
