One awful flaw
"Could be great. Feel supportive. EXCEPT - who in their right mind would design a comfort slipper with thick scratchy lumpy embroidery right in the middle of the heel?!! Im trying to find a way to remove it, but its attached underneath somehow that a stitch ripper won’t work. I may resort to sewing in an extra padded liner. Be warned if you’re not planning on wearing socks."
Shoes where small for size
"Shoes where small for size 7. Delivery was terrible. The first time they where returned to sender after waiting 2 weeks for delivery, the they where reshipped, had to waite another two weeks Called customer service to get a return label shipped to me. Waited one week,nothing. Called again and waited a week again, nothing. Had to go to ups store to print emailed return label and had to pay for printing. Worst experience with a company that I have ever had. Will not be buying from them."

"I have small feet so the challenge is in keeping these snuggly wrapped around my feet. They become too loose after wearing and then I feel like I’ll trip because they’re not securely wrapped around my feet. Elastic should be incorporated in the arch to hold them securely to feet."

- Hi Joanne, We recommend spot-cleaning the Mandy Slipper with clear, mild soap and a damp cloth, and air drying naturally. You must refrain from washing or drying them in a machine as this would compromise the integrity of the materials. If any odor is present, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda onto the footbed at the end of your day to soak up the sweat and tap out the powder the next morning.
- Do the soles of the slippers bend or are they hard? I've had slippers that bend while I'm walking causing me to trip.
- Hi Denise, The Mandy features a memory foam footbed and a lightweight-rubber outsole which gives it some flexibility, but not so that it should cause one to trip if worn properly.

- I recently bought these and they are comfortable but, on day one of wearing, I was walking around the house and started seeing marks all over the hard wood floors; it was the slippers! There are gummy textured few inch long marks all over the floor of the house and all I was doing was gently walking around, not running and skidding. Are these supposed to be non-marking soles? Are all your slipper soles the same/like the Mandy? I have worn them so cannot return but am wondering if this is normal or a defect that Aetrex can correct (bought at a store)? My other Aetrex shoes never had a problem. The marks were literally everywhere, not just one or two. The marks were fairly hard to clean off so I am reluctant to wear them again. May have to go back to vionic but really wanted a slipper with just a little less aggressive support/correction.
- Hi Mandy, The outsole of the Mandy slipper is made of rubber, so if you have shiny wood floors, you may see marks similar to the ones sneakers leave on the gym floors.
