Shoe was too small

"I ordered a size 7.5/8 Extra Wide. When I took the shoe out of the box, I could immediately tell that it was too small. I tried putting it on, but it was extremely tight. I compared the shoe to Aetrex shoes that I currently own, and this shoe is noticeably smaller than the others. I have purchased and worn many pairs of Aetrex shoes over the years, and this is the first time I have experienced this problem. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question the consistency of your sizing and has affected my confidence in purchasing Aetrex shoes in the future. I have always trusted the brand, but I now feel that I can no longer be certain that the size I order will fit as expected."

"I’ve worn this shoes for 10 months every single work day. 10-12 hours a day on my feet , 4-6 days a week. Very supportive, soft, and very light. This shoes is sturdy and phenomenal quality. No more foot pain at the end of a long day since I switched to this shoes."

Nice look but no arch support

"I really like the look of these shoes. They have good cushion but the arch support is not enough for someone with overpronation and flat arches. If you are looking for cushion you will really like these and they are a sharp looking shoe. Also, I wear an 8 and they only come in a 7. 5/8 or a 8. 5 so I picked the wrong one and they are to small. So now I have to pay $5. 95 to send them back. If they fit, I would have kept them and put my own insole in them. Overall just really disappointed"
