I purchased these hoping that they would be just how they looked: fabulous and they’re absolutely not! I’ve tried them multiple times and finally have had to remove the insole for my left one. I’m going to try this and if it’s not working I’ll just have to donate them. 😣"

"I’ve been looking for a pair of taupe shoes for a while, and was finally able to catch these on sale. I loved the look when I opened the box, but once they were on my feet, it was a different story.
