"Hi, I was really wanting to like these shoes but the left one on the inside kept irritating my side foot/toe. The material kept folding over inside. Also,my heel still bothers me even with the bit of cushioning. I replaced the insert with the insert I purchased from you but that hasn't helped, although the arch support has been good. Unfortunately, I'm thinking about returning them."

"Have loved my previous Atrex shoes - 3 pair. They are wonderfully comfortable and supportive. I was excited to try the sneakers but evidently the last is different on these shoes. After a short period of wear, I find that the right one is uncomfortable on the joint of my big toe. Can only hope that with “breaking in” thus will change."
