The refund will be processed to the original form of payment and should be reflected in your account within 5 to 7 days from the day of the drop-off.

The Emily Lace-Up Sneaker offers a secure fit with its lace-up design and provides extra cushioning with its padded heel. The insole features arch support and UltraSKY™ cushioning for comfort and pressure relief. However, some customers experienced issues with sizing and the narrow toe box.

"I love the look of these shoes and the arch support was awesome with my Aetrex insoles. But the toe box area is extremely narrow, which has caused some discomfort. Worse, after just a month of wear, my toe is wearing a hole in the top part of the shoe, near where the suede starts. This shoe is my normal size (and I wear a lot of Aetrex shoes); this is clearly just a small fit."

"I'm a big fan of the Aetrex Danika. At first I was comparing these shoes to those and I wasn't sure how comfortable they would be. They are somewhat more narrow, especially through the toe. "I’ve been looking for a pair of taupe shoes for a while, and was finally able to catch these on sale. I loved the look when I opened the box, but once they were on my feet, it was a different story. The toe box is too pointy and they rub my pinkie toe on both feet. Unfortunately, I will have to send them back. I’ll keep looking for a taupe show and hope I find one."
