"I am very happy with the fit and comfort of the Hadley sandal. This has my favorite Aetrex footbed. I like the way the straps cross over the ankle, rather than the typical wrap around design. I have a narrow to medium width foot, and appreciate the 3 adjustable straps! Only 4 stars given because the leather straps were not all the same shade of blue."

"Was so excited about this sandal, for both casual and a dressier comfort sandal to wear with dresses. Unfortunately bought early spring and didn’t wear until later, found left shoe horribly uncomfortable when first wore for 5 hours. Front strap not adjustable and became uncomfortable across toes and could not reposition foot to avoid. So disappointing! I’m a 9 narrow shoe size typically, and this sandal ended up a miss. If the first strap at toe end had a gore, or was adjustable like the other 2 cross straps, would work. Since over 30 days to discover, a waste of $. I need a shoe to work in real life, not just when trying on and walking in a store. Lesson learned — don’t buy and wait to wear, so you can take advantage of aetrex 30 day return warranty if this happens to you."
