"I’m a sold 38 (71/2-8) with aetrex shoes. Been buying for years as I love their arch support. My heel was not secure at all Every time I walked it was flopping up & the other thing I was disappointed in every time I pulled my foot out of the shoe the inner removable insert came out too. I had to take the return fee hit back."

"Very happy with this style. I usually am with the shoes I order from Aetrex. What I do find wanting is responsiveness from customer service. Often, I order something that is not available in either my size or desired color. I always ask to be notified when available. That has never happened in the five years I have been a customer. I waited one year for the Emery Arch to come back in and you kept telling me it was not discontinued, so I kept trying to order only to find that it HAD been discontinued. I suppose that there is a reason that you cannot simply backorder a particular item."
