These have saved my ankle

"These have saved my ankle so much. I have a loose bone called a loose "body" that's tiny and I don't want surgery for it. They are wide enough for me because I measure a C on the brannock device and these work perfectly. They're firm on the bottom but cushioned in the foot beds on the part your feet step onto. A have to wear these a little bit longer on my feet because my ankle requires to sit a little tiny bit forward in any footwear so the back doesn't touch the back of my ankle where the loose body is too hard so I have to wear these a half size larger and they really work so well with my foot. I hope you NEVER stop producing this style. My feet actually NEED the Lily not want, NEED and so thank you for making this sandal so awesome and amazing. My feet thank you. And I thank you because I have to take care of my feet. It's not JUST because they're cute! They're supportive! The arch support is mild so not too strong for my feet which is perfect and stable for me and my needs!"

Is this shoe good for a narrow width foot?: Hi Jackie, Aetrex shoes and sandals are constructed in a width that's considered between medium and wide. However, a majority of them feature full lace-up adjustability and adjustable Velcro straps, like the Lilly Sandal, to help you achieve a more personalized fit.
Does this sandal have the exact same bottom as the Jillian sandal? Hoping just the top is different.: Hello Pam, The Lilly sandal features the same sole as the Jillian Braided Quarter Strap.
Is it ok to wear in the rain?: Hi Sapna, The Lilly Sandal has a microfiber footbed and is not designed to be water-resistant.
Do you provide a free shipping label for returns. Also just I order a narrow if I usually have problem with sandals not being able to tighten enough. I don't usually wear a narrow shoe, but usually have to tie shoes I can tighten. I typically wear a size 10. I ordered a 40 and 41 in the platform styles and found that the 40 hit my arch much better and was more comfortable. Should I order a 40 in this shoe as well? The sizing is the same according to the size guide as the platform styles. Yet, the associate on the phone suggested I order my normal size 41 (10) to start in this style. I would rather not hassle with a return if I can avoid it.
