"These shoes were chosen as a solution to a problem: bad feet which can no longer wear heels to parties and/or stand for long periods of time; arch pain due to torn tendons; weak ankles; swelling of feet and legs due to sciatic damage. Sounds lovely, doesn't it? Well, these shoes were comfortable enough for me to attend a black-tie event, worn under a black gown. I was able to dance for about 5 songs and walk out of the party 7 hours later without pain. The only downside is that these shoes are rather casual and made me look like someone who doesn't know how to dress for a high-end social event. I did buy the shoes in gold but that doesn't really make up for the fact they are espadrilles with a cork base. But you be the judge and use this review to inform as you will."

"I rather have a shoes of my preference because I had one knee replacement and in the need of the other knee replacement but I still love ❤️ shoes . If I could find shoes that beautiful and comfortable at the same time would be great. Pumps and sandals no higher than 1 1/2 to 2 feet might work for me."

Wonderful Shoe
"I have had my Sydney Quarter Strap Wedge for two years and have worn them almost every day. I have narrow feet and have never found a pair of sandals that my feet didn't slide completely out of, especially with a heel. I LOVE THESE for so many reason. The arch is really an arch support. I have worn these all day at work and walked several hours in them.... and I am 65. My feet stay in place, no slipping, because of the adjustable straps. I get compliments from women of all ages. They don't look like "old lady" sandals, which I refuse to wear. The only down side is the material on the side of the soul has come loose in a couple of places. AND I have completely worn out the sole. :( But I am going to try to save up enough money to get another pair."

Poor value for money
"No doubt the product is comfortable but the jute heel falls apart. I’ve had it repaired twice but it’s embarrassing to walk into a meeting a have a jute band fall behind you."

I absolutely love these shoes!
"I absolutely love these shoes! I’d love to see more styles in this heel height, not just new colors. Braided leather designs in silver, bronze, gold, gunmetal, or even a sparkly black would be amazing. It would also be great to have black versions with black soles or above mentioned with black soles that can be dressed up. These are so comfortable, and I’d love to wear them with a party dress and stay comfortable all night."

"THE most comfortable shoes. I can wear them all day no problem. The arch support is perfect. I’ve finally found a brand that is good for my high arches. The 2 Velcro straps are a game changer. You can adjust to the width of your foot- just so simple but honestly makes such a difference"

"Love these shoes. I recently had to return a different pair because they wore out during 1 month. I was very disappointed. I won't be wearing these shoes that much so I dont expect them to wear out like the other pair. But for how much you pay for this shoes, it would be nice if you could actually wear them for a while. . . I probably won't buy from Aetrex for a while. . . been disappointed lately in how long they actually last. . . ."
