"I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased or I would have ordered a size up. I normally wear a size 9 in sandals, so with these stating that they were size 9 - 9. 5 I thought I was safe. The sandals arrived and the are really nice, well made and comfortable. That being said they run short and I feel like my heel is hanging off the back of the shoe. Debating what to do next, keep them or return them. I wish they had an exchange process for online purchases."

- When u used your size guide (with credit card it came back as a size 7 however I am a size 8.5. Plz explain if your guide is accurate.

- Do the Izzy sandals come in metatarsal support?
- Hi Nona, The Izzy slide does not feature metatarsal support on the footbed but it has a Met Bar Pod located on the bottom of the sandal that helps redirect pressure off the forefoot.
- Do these make a whooshing sound every time you take a step? My experience with "squishy" soles is they produce what I call a flip flop fart. Each step pushes the air out of the sole causing very annoying sounds when you walk.
- Hi Kathy, Izzy Adjustable Slide features a microfiber-lined memory foam footbed lined atop a rubber outsole which absorbs moisture and has not been known to make whooshing sounds.
- I have a pair of Allie sneakers 8.5 trying to see if the same size run in these Izzy
