"Good morning, I purchased these shoes for my trip to Greece. A white pair and a black pair to match all the outfits that I had first you shipped me a size 5 1/2 when I wear a size 7 that was a glitch in your ordering system it just automatically changes the seven to a 5 1/2 which I noticed when I went to re-order so the 5 1/2 pair needs to be returned and I'm terrible at returning things. Then when I took the two pairs with me on vacation, the first time I wore them, the sequence started coming off and was on the floor. This is very upsetting to me considering they cost $100 a pair. They are very comfortable but very embarrassing to have your shoes losing things as you walk I really would like all my money back and I'm really not sure what to do. I love the sandals, but if the sequence comes off every time you wear them then there's no use in having them. The sequence is coming off up around the tow loop. My hope is that you can fix this issue so other people can enjoy these cute sandals please reach out to me at 916-599-5668. I would like my money back for all of them which is three pairs."

- When u used your size guide (with credit card it came back as a size 7 however I am a size 8.5. Plz explain if your guide is accurate.

- Do the Izzy sandals come in metatarsal support?
- Hi Nona, The Izzy slide does not feature metatarsal support on the footbed but it has a Met Bar Pod located on the bottom of the sandal that helps redirect pressure off the forefoot.
- Do these make a whooshing sound every time you take a step? My experience with "squishy" soles is they produce what I call a flip flop fart. Each step pushes the air out of the sole causing very annoying sounds when you walk.
- Hi Kathy, Izzy Adjustable Slide features a microfiber-lined memory foam footbed lined atop a rubber outsole which absorbs moisture and has not been known to make whooshing sounds.
- I have a pair of Allie sneakers 8.5 trying to see if the same size run in these Izzy
