"I have very bad arthritis in my feet. When I received my shoes, I put them on and they felt very weird and I was going to return them immediately. The arch felt too far back and they just didn't feel right. I didn't want to wear them and then return a used pair of shoes. I didn't feel that was fair to Aetrex. I called your customer service and she was very nice and encouraged me to try them for 5-7 days so I did. I LOVE THEM! Oh my goodness, I have never been so surprised by something.
