I’ve worn them just a handful of times and the back strap falls under my heels. I don’t know if I received a defective pair or if this is a design flaw."

I have joint issues in the knees and hips. I love this sandal because it gives me height and the straps can be adjusted to fit my high arch and wide foot. The arch support is wonderful. I can wear this shoe all day with little wear and tear on my joints and feet. And it's cute. I stick to Aetrex style shoes that can be adjusted for my high arch and width. Unfortunately, they don't have enough shoes, especially sneakers, offered in the wide width."
