Comfort Features: Adjustability

ADJUSTABILITY IN AETREX SHOES
Depending on the style of shoe, many Aetrex shoes have a fastening system method. Our shoes either have a hook & loop closure, a working buckle, or laces to help you get the perfect fit. It's important to offer adjustability in footwear, especially since our feet constantly change and need support. For example, some people may experience that their feet tend to swell up in the heat. With Aetrex Sandals, you'll be able to customize the fit by adjusting the straps to relieve pressure.
Hook & Loop Closures: Select Aetrex shoes have hook and loop closures that help fasten the shoe onto your foot. A hook and loop closure has two strips: one rough strip and one soft strip. The rough strip has several tiny "hooks" and the soft side has several tiny "loops." Hook and loop closures work together by pressing the two strips against each other which attaches the hooks to the loops.
Our fan-favorite Jillian Sport Sandals have two hook and loop straps to help customize your fit. This sandal is great for those who need a custom fit near their ankles and toes. Along with adjustable hook and loop closures, the Jillian Sandals also have arch support built into the footbed, Cobra Orthotic Technology, bunion pockets, and a padded heel.
