The refund will be processed to the original form of payment and should be reflected in your account within 5 to 7 days from the day of the drop-off.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Styles discounted 60% off or more are final sale. Products marked Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Plantar Fasciitis Kit cannot be partially returned. All elements within the kit - Orthotic, roller, flips & guide must be returned back together. Products cannot be swapped for other colors or SKU's.

Vera Boot and Rose Boot will exhibit a status of "Waiting for Approval." In such cases, the Customer Service (CS) team will need to manually issue the shipping label.
