The solution for me!
Severe pronation as well as fallen arches complicated by arthritis in feet and ankles, so lots of help is needed! Finding Aetrex Memory Foam Orthotics have been wonderful!

This prevents the pain I was having of my shoes pressing on arthritic lumps developing on both the inside and outside of the foot. I walk 3 miles or more every day. The inner soles lasted about 6 months, with constant wear (only shoes I wore). I am also impressed by the longevity.
