I have been wearing these for years!

"This insole has a market that no other insole has, they fit in shoes without making them tighter. I had surgery for plantar fasciitis in March of 2019. I had already been wearing these thin insoles for years at that point. They are the only thing that kept the pain at bay. Now I wear them to keep it from returning. They fit in almost any shoe. I am a newly retired teacher of 37+ years. I spent most of my life on my feet all day. I probably have at least a half dozen of these insoles. I wear them in everything from dress to casual shoes. Please include them in orthotic sales in the future. I’m always disappointed when they are never included."

Size chart. Does W/7 mean Wide width size 7? It is confusing because it is paired with M/6 - is that a Medium width size 6? I need a medium size 7. What do I select? Since the Thinsoles are unisex orthotics, a W7/M6 means that this size can fit someone who wears a women's size 7US and a user who wears a men's size 6.

It is important that you do not wash or dry them in a machine as this would compromise the integrity of the materials. If any odor is present, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda onto the footbed at the end of your day to soak up the sweat and tap out the powder the next morning.
Are these L1300's the thinnest insoles that you sell? I need some to put in my ON trainers as the ones in there are too thick so they're giving me blisters as I have a high instep: Hi Emma, The L1300 is the thinnest full size orthotics that we have. The insole thickness measures 0.082' only, best suited for shoes with no removable footbed or with narrow toe areas.
