Plantar Fasciitis
The most common symptom of Plantar Fasciitis is a pain in the heel or arch area in the morning or after prolonged periods of rest. This pain is caused by the excessive stretching of the plantar fascia which is a band of fibrous tissue that runs along the bottom surface of the foot. Excessive stretching of this tissue can cause this condition.
